This squad is for more established club athletes where we are encouraging them to train as hard and as fast as possible to, we need to build up both the Alactic Speed and the Aerobic Endurance, along with Core Stability. Every athlete needs to have speed and strength to build up a greater volume of continuous running.
Training week should be similar to the following:
Monday - Complete the Core Stability Workout
Tuesday - Complete set session
Wednesday - Rest Day
Thursday - Complete set session
Friday - Rest Day
Saturday - Hill/Speed Session
Sunday - Long Run - 10k
Chiltern League - Milton Keynes incl. Cross Challenge
