Gilly's squad

This squad is used for all new athletes coming into the Endurance squads, regardless of their age. We need to make sure the athletes are used to training on a regular basis, they would then feed into one of the other squads, as and when their fitness is suitable.


Training week should be similar to the following:

Monday - Complete the Core Stability Workout 

Tuesday - Complete set session

wednesday - Rest Day

Thursday - Complete set session

Friday - Rest Day

Saturday - Long run of approx 6k

Sunday - Rest Day
